We have students of all ages, all levels and different programmes that will satisfy
both professional athletes and those who are trying Jiu Jitsu for the first time.

We have been in this field for many years and all our teachers are qualified professionals
and international level athletes. The only thing that, here in STANCE, you will never find are those rules
and those prohibitions that taste old and that, according to our vision, do nothing but ruin this sport.
